Contemporary Circus
Poetic movements, objects being manipulated to come alive and tell a story, a playful approach with shapes and an interdisciplinary joy of acting … all this is what Contemporary Circus means to me.
Fragilaxie
Objectmanipulation with hula hoops
A poetic tale of a distant „Fragilaxie“. A tale about the cycle of rise and fall. A tale about life with all its wonderful high and fleeting low moments. Kristin Lahoop and her hoops dive right into a fragile world in which the images and associations flash, merge, and drift away: a journey between physical theater, dance and contemporary circus. Cooperation with the director Lionel Menard.
There are two different versions: one short (30 minutes) and one long (60 minutes).
