Freestyle
With my 5 LED hoops and 2 Smart hoops I can improvise to all kinds of music. This could be in one longer slot of max. 20 minutes or in several shorter ones of 7-12 minutes. I love to dance to the music with my hula hoops and catch the cues and accents with dancy movements and expressive tricks.
